A layered cocktail with a coconut-pineapple tropical twist that’s almost too pretty to drink.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka

  • 4 oz coconut rum

  • 4 oz pineapple juice

  • 2 dashes grenadine

  • maraschino cherries

  • lemon twist

Directions

Combine the Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka, coconut rum and pineapple juice in a drink shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake firmly. Pour in a martini glass or a similar delicate glass, sink the grenadine with a spoon. The grenadine will sit at the bottom of the glass. Garnish with cherries and/or a lemon twist.
